A bit lopsided from loading into dutch oven.
Decent crumb structure, but great flavor.
Took a sourdough class at BreaducationSF over the weekend. Came home with a dough ready to bake and a starter. Best bread I've made so far. Hoping to continue this journey with naturally-leavened bread. So much to learn.
